I want to whisper in your dreams, so that you know me

Can you feel me coming closer?

Turned away in hopelessness

Bleeding and mortally wounded

A long time ago I broke, like mercury breaks

into a thousand shining self contained pieces,

irreconcilable and dangerous

Are the stars, other being's moons?

l gaze with uncontrollable longings into the midnight sky

If you can understand the subtle changes in a nightingales call,

Then I must love you, always

Now, a silence fills my dreams

An omnibus warning that I have lost faith

Your voice chased away the insanity in me

Stalking about the inner depths of my soul are the moments of love that we shared

and scatter your despair to another moon

All that remains is a roomful of whispers

No one taking to the time, to hear the story
